Spargoyle, evolved from Dunsparce.

Evolves at lvl 30.
Pokedex entry:
Spargoye, the land serpent pokemon.
Its belly is full of buoyant gas that allows it to fly in spite of its flimsy wings. If it feels threatened, it can use the poweful drill on the end of its tail to attack.

FLIMSY wings? XD there's not enough wing there to even qualify as flimsy. At the risk of being punny I might even call them... Sparse...
